Congress to Cops: Just Let Us Know When You Kill Someone
The Death in Custody Reporting Act of 2013 was passed last week by Congress. The bill says that law enforcement agencies (local included) must report on every death that occurs while in police custody. This begs the question…what were they doing before this? Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.
