...appeal, and keep it secret until fast tracked through without input from democratically elected representatives, that allow the purchasing multinational corporation to sue & bankrupt any pesky little governmental entity that has the audacity to attempt to do their constitutional duty to protect the general welfare by passing environmental, worker safety, or food labeling laws that happen to impact on the bottom line of the multinational corporations that wrote and purchased the TPP and bought the private tribunal system exempt from judiucial appeal.

How about having a panel of balanced political group members to decide if a case offers a conflict of interest and is cause to have the given judge "sit this one out"? Could this happen? Could it happen quicker than stopping elections of judges or even over turning Federal Judicial decision like Citizens United? Please input your solution, either in agreement or another solution, as this has to change, no?
