Voter fraud is not a 'serious problem,' explains Katrina vanden Heuvel -- lack of voters is

"Viewpoint" host Eliot Spitzer and Katrina vanden Heuvel, editor and publisher of The Nation, discuss attempts by Republicans in 34 states to pass laws restricting voting. "The great fraud is that we have been told that this is a serious problem," says vanden Heuvel of voter fraud. "Seventy million people, eligible voters, are not voting. We go around this world and preach democracy, when in fact we need universal voter registration [and] same-day, election-day registration."
