2. I think it's a good law, but I guess never thought about the enforcemet angle.

Even so, I think a condom should be within the sensible range and yet like other sensible safety ideas, like hardhats on construction sites, we need laws to force people to be safe in the workplace for the sake of the workers, I mean I surely wouldn't want to see other worker safety nets like OSHA to disappear.

The enforcement though, I hope they are hiring primarily women, I fear men would get too distracted and not care as much about condoms as a woman probably does. Perhaps that's sexist, and I have nothing to back it up, jmo.

3. this is like a duh law. heavily enforced

so nothing to see here. only in California can one do this unless of course your boyfriend and girlfriend or married. or like Naughty Alyshia (sp) married but making money by letting her fans um **** her. But have to sign some sort of whatever , that this is for a show. she's in florida. where the republicans will be having a sex filled romp in august...

albeit she's pretty hot. think more than 1/2 of the male fans of Sarah Palin are waiting for her to enter the biz. considering the comments thrown in her direction. But obviously everyone knows this law in porn and those who follow it. If one wonders why there's so much toy porn and lesbian porn. there's a legal reason for that. or solo.
