Walter Scott Murdered Then Smeared By Press. FINAL JUDGMENT

Cenk Uygur (host of The Young Turks) discusses John Roberts from Fox News smearing Walter Scott, a man recently murdered by a police officer. Walter Scott was stopped for a broken taillight, then was shot at eight times and was killed. Cenk is furious that Walter Scott is being smeared post mortem.

1. The press is playing stenographer again, reporting what the Sheriff's Department leaked about

an almost 30 year old 'assault' charge for shoving a policeman who tried to get between him and another man who were arguing, so as to help demonize the victim.

2. There is ONE thing in my life that I'm sure about. IF Fox News were a Far Left station that ...

...continually, obsessively, nastily lied about the Republican party...made up bullshit on the right-wing every single day...every single report, one of a few things would have happened by now.

1. One or more of the newscasters would have been shot or beaten.
2. A bomb would have been placed in their building and most likely, have murdered innocent people who were just doing their job.
(No sane person would kill the camera man/woman because they happened to work there. Would anybody turn down a job that paid well and fed their family just because their bosses views were screwed-up) I wouldn't....what am I saying?..I HAVE done that.

Anyway, I think it does show that the people on the left are far more logical, kind, and far more fair about reality than the other side.

Using the justification of "he got what he deserved" is classic for the authoritarian bully. It happens on the playground, in school, in your job, and on the street. In this case the bully had a gun.
