People have to watch long enough for the background music.

This is the problem with the non-stop election cycles. Lots of politicians who are marginally-good campaigners because they won in their narrow constituency, but very few candidates qualified to govern.

4. Fox "News" contributed to Paul's ineptitude.

If they hadn't been genuflecting before his ass since 2010, than he may be up for a challenging question today.

Maybe he always needs a cheeseburger to drop so he can run away from questions. Maybe campaign interns will have the job of hitting every fast food place in every town so that there's always a ready supply! Of course, there's also the fact that Rand Paul is a dumbass, but I've been expecting him to be the 2016 Republican/teabagger nominee since early 2013.
