'Concrete' That Absorbs CO2... Instead of Creating It

Did you know China used as much cement in the last three years as the US used in the entire 20th Century?!!

So knowing that cement production is responsible for 5 percent of the world's CO2 emissions makes alternatives a genuinely interesting proposition.

The result of a failed experiment, the new material showcased in the PBS report is potentially being looked at as a replacement for concrete in projects where strength and longevity are key requirements. Definitely a David and Goliath story when it comes to this new material.... Ferrock vs. the massive cement industry.
