The "boy band" are meant to be the leaders of the four major parties in England and Wales. This is who each of them represents)

Blue tie: David Cameron, prime minister and Conservative Party leader
Red tie:Ed Miliband, Labour Party leader
Yellow tie: Nick Clegg, deputy prime minister and leader of the Liberal Democrats
Purple tie: Nigel Farage, United Kingdom Independence Party(UKIP) leader.

(and, before anybody freaks out...this is the British Green Party, not the Naderites, so enjoying this doesn't help the GOP).
