At least, the ones who support the idea of death penalty - should be compelled to go to at least one excecution - where they are to se the whole prosess - from the prison cell - to the casket where the prisoner is resting - after been excecuted - they should know the whole prosess - not as a theoretical thing they write down at paper - but the whole, ugly prosess...

(23,156 posts)I am already completely opposed to the death penalty. I would not attend one, nor would I vote for the death penalty were I on a jury. Of course, I'd probably be not allowed to serve on such a jury.

(36 posts)Why not just a plastic bag over the head with a rubber band around the neck? Works the same way (depriving of oxygen) and would be easier to keep on than a mask, not to mention extremely cheap. We have a long history of dead children to prove it works. Or just a pillow pressed to the face by a pro-death penalty executioner chosen from the state legislators.
I'm always amazed by who stupid people consider as smart people. This is the perfect example of the Dunning-Kuger effect. They think they are geniuses and are quite proud of themselves.
