It has been 90 days since former Attorney General Eric Holder told prosecutors to submit reports on whether or not criminal charges are possible against Wall Street bankers, so where’s the info?

Ring of Fire hosts Mike Papantonio and Farron Cousins explain why Holder never intended to bring criminal charges against these banking criminals.

It is the organization he leads...which did not change just because he left.
And he was replaced by another Wall Street lawyer who will do nothing too.

If a criminal case can be brought, Attorney General Lynch has both the background and reputation for doing so. If, on the other hand, the criminal case cannot be made, she has the reputation of having the integrity to say so ... no matter what bloggers and armchair attorneys want.

And the prosecutor could not make a criminal case...even putting a known liar on the stand at the grand jury.
They have the power alright, to do or not to do, and the choice will be not to do because their is money, big money involved.

Do I sound cynical?...well I am because we have a two tiered justice system and it is so obvious it slaps us in the face every day.
And the real horror of it is that we are supposed to defend it because we have a D in office.

We had the first BLACK PRESIDENT and he showed us the best he could find for staff were leftovers from W's days? And the ones that were fresh faces were corporate shills for the most part. Rahm, Arne Dunce'n, Holder (oh wow, he's black!)...... I gotta confess - NONE of the Hope 'n Change I anticipated was anywhere NEAR the sort we got! Holder and Lynch should be NO surprise by now!
