Once I started watching, I couldn't stop...it's jaw dropping how big this ship is.

In a year she travels 195,732 miles. Fascinating to watch the crew doing their work.

Thanks for posting.

Particularly seeing the Suez Canal.

Not sure how, but somebody managed to get a lot of hashish on our ship at Suez.

At least, that was the rumor!

It shows the location of most ships, and particularly big ships, that are within VHF range of shore

Cruising up the Delaware between Philly and Camden. I was waiting for President Obama's fleet of Marine helicopters and Ospreys to take off across the river.

Not quite the same size. I've sailed on the Queen Mary 2, which at the time was the largest passenger ocean liner.

I've seen the Brigit here before. Pretty sure this is one of her common stops.

What does a documentary about a huge Danish container ship have to do with American ports and the TPP?

Are you saying that we should not export or import anything by sea because of TPP?

I still do not know whether I support or oppose TPP, but foreign trade is vital to not only the economy, but to international relations and ultimately, whatever peace in the world we can find.
