I love how the Romney guy wasn't allowed to play the "media victim" card that conservatives love to play, and how Tamron essentially threw his words back in his face. She told him that nobody forced him to come on the show and be interviewed, and he knew beforehand what they were about to discuss. Now THAT is quality interviewing and reporting, unlike that garbage from Meet the Press and how Gregory never calls out the Wingnuts for their nonsense.

Interesting to compare and contrast Andrea Mitchell's response when confronted with similar situations on the same network.

Spineless pandering and simpering backpedaling are more her style.

He's as smug as ann romney! Tamron is way behind the rest of us, though, I'll tell ya! But I'm glad she nailed his ass - he's had it coming for a LONG time.

And andrea's in a difficult spot. She doesn't want to dare screw around with the exclusive Georgetown cocktail party circuit to which she and her bigshot husband alan greenspan have access.

I listen to the BBC regularly because my community radio station carries it, and I have noticed that the BBC reporters often push back when someone being interviewed doesn't answer the question the first time.

I don't care if lying Republicans NEVER agree to come on an MSNBC show again. If the choice is to allow them to lie, tap dance, etc., or not have them on at all, I'll take the latter. Sooner or later, if every honest journalist follows her lead (and Rachel's and other hosts'), they will learn that if they want to get their message out on any vehicle other than Fox, they will have to do it honestly.

I must say that I have listened to and still listen to some talk radio. I listen to both left and right, right just to see what the ditto-heads are spewing on a given day.

It is amazing how quick the reich wing talking heads are to shut down callers and disconnect them if the caller has the audacity to challenge the host's position. Sean Hannity does it. Glenn Beck does it. I know that Michael Savage does it but I haven't had the stomach to listen to him in years.

So this was great to see someone on the left with much more justification in shutting this guy down because he knew what the topic was going to be than the likes of Sean or Glen, running him out of town on a rail.

Way to go!!!!

OK, its going to be a little difficult to sweep haircutgate under the rug under the best of circumstances. Any one who doesn't think it's a big deal to bully a gay high school student is already voting Republican. Everyone else just became less inclined to vote Republican.

The GOP wants to cut women's health care and cut off their access to contraception, call them sluts and whores and then say there's no war on women.

The GOP want the poor to pay more taxes so the obscenely rich won't have to pay. But there no class warfare unless the poor and middle class object.

Finally, they pass voter ID laws aimed at disenfranchising demographic group with Democratic voter profiles. But that's not fascism, that's protecting the integrity of the vote.

And an occupational liar like Carney can't understand why he's kicked off the air after he calls it "a media trick." At least they aren't trying to blame Clinton for Mitt's adolescent misbehavior.

Instead of allowing certain people the luxury of using the media to bash the media while defusing valid criticism of their party and its candidates. Speak to the issues! Stop trying to defend the indefensible by obfuscating issues with coverage.

Tamron Hall's reaction to this bobble head should be a template for media personnel everywhere. Well, everywhere except FAUX "news".
