I don't always agree with his advice or conclusions, but his explanations are easy to understand. Well, at least easier than the hype you get.

But the behavior of someone like Jamie Dimon is just beyond my ken. Can't grasp what goes through the man's mind.

I do know that putting Jamie Dimon on the Fed is like placing a chronic alcoholic in wine cellar.

I once lived in an area of many vineyards. Occasionally, a vintner would die from asphyxiation in his wine cellar.

The newer wines gave off so a lot of poisonous vapor and the old cellars were not always adequately ventilated.

So, a vintner (the ones I know of were tasting lots of their own product while in the cellar) could easily succumb to the fumes.

Eventually, Jamie Dimon will may succumb to the fumes of his excess in that same fashion. Old addicts do die -- and usually quite miserably.
