Baltimore: "Marilyn Mosby blames Martin O'Malley for violence"

City State’s Attorney Marylin Mosby says Baltimore’s violent crime problem stems from what she calls "failed policies" that go back from when Martin O'Malley was mayor of Baltimore.

Things like the "zero tolerance" policy endorsed by O'Malley, she says, created mistrust in the community.

“There's a number of old policies that we are seeing as a result of that distrust among communities where communities don't want to step forward and say who killed a three-year-old. It's a direct result of these failed policies," Mosby said.

Baltimore has seen one of the most violent summers in some 40 years.

1. "zero tolerance"

that word I don't like that word if she used that word there might be something to it. We'll see. Zero Tolerance crap is used by both sides. more so on the Right but some on the left. (ie accidentally bring something sharp to school your screwed. (metal protractor?? ) screwed worse if stupid teacher calls the cops. as I've read.
