Obama Issues Yemen Exec Order
President Obama has issued a veto threat to the current version of the National Defense Authorization Act for 2013 and it is 8 billion dollars over budget. Then, Pakistan has finally been granted an incredibly belated invitation to the NATO summit in Chicago that kicks off this weekend. And then President Obama has signed another executive order that would give the Treasury Department the authority to freeze the U.S. based assets of anyone, including Americans, who "engaged in acts that directly or indirectly threaten the peace, security, or stability of Yemen".
