If it were, you'd see women of all shapes, sizes, and ages wearing a range of clothes and shoes and haircuts, or not, that felt comfortable to them. Revolution might also include choosing _not_ to present themselves for a male gaze but more passionately inhabiting their own bodies, including feeling free to be asexual when they want. They wouldn't look like idealized versions of Western porn stars.

If this documentary addresses this and I missed it, I apologize.

is thin young women naked in high heels?? Give me a break! I won't watch the whole 'documentary' because I also suspect it's just another male wish for free sex, no matter what the women involved might like. As you say, sexual freedom also means expression of asexuality, the right to wear clothing to cover up as well as to reveal, the right to NOT have to act like porn stars. This is a pure version of what men would like to see in the way of sexual expression. What women might like is irrelevant.

An exciting time in China. Much more freedom and individual self-expression. With it comes a lot of amazing & exciting stuff. That dude near the end, the sexuality expert, mentions that 'we all fear the cultural revolution, if the cultural revolution comes again I will kill myself.' Really interesting. I don't think I'd try the chair with the hot dog dildo though, but that's just me.
