Mike Malloy - Donald Trump's Father Was Probably In The Ku Klux Klan

According to a 1927 New York Times article, it seems that the father of billionaire Republican presidential candidate and professional bile-spewer Donald Trump may have had ties to the Ku Klux Klan.

The Times piece, subtitled “Klan Assails Policemen” and recently unearthed by Boing Boing, identifies a man named Fred Trump as among those arrested for participating in a brawl between the cops and the Klan. As Talking Points Memo notes, the Queens borough address listed for the arrested man, “172-24 Devonshire Road, Jamaica,” matches the known lifelong residence of the real estate mogul’s father.

1. Woody Guthrie's father was in the klan.

Woody was able to grow out of that mentality. I hate trump. But, who his father was is not necessarily who he is. But, yeah donald is a racist.

...his father's klan ties are fair game.

Especially considering that Trump has a lifelong history of echoing his daddy's racist teachings, whether it's refusing to rent to blacks, engaging in birtherism, demonizing Latinos, or trying to get the Central Park 5 executed, despite their innocence.

Not to mention that the klan is backing his presidential campaign in 2015. If it were socially acceptable, Donald would proudly take his dad's position in the group.

I agree with previous posters that this is fair game when you consider the sentiments he's expressed.

I'd say his racism is obvious for anyone to see, any time, anywhere as long as they're eyes aren't melted off with acid. Even his presidential campaign announcement speech is gushing with vitriol. Poison.
