The best chance right now that Republicans have to win this next election is to cheat – and that’s exactly what they’re doing. Across the country, repressive voting laws are popping up in order to keep minority voters away from the polls, and thanks to the court-packing of Republican politicians, these policies are getting the green light in spite of the fact that they are clear violations of the Voting Rights Act. And the battleground right now appears to be in North Carolina.

Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this with attorney Howard Nations.

2. Two things

First, I don't understand why we don't have a 50 state strategy, or at least focus on Texas. While I hate campaign ads, I would love to see them here! All we have by way of ads are the local yokel Tea Party types fighting each other because Democrats cannot win here in large numbers. Put a massive push for voter registration here and we can turn around. This is the ultimate battle ground state!

Second is Voter Suppression's twin brother, Electronic Vote Rigging (EVR). EVR is much worse because it can cause more damage and loss of votes. As many as they need. Is it just coincidence that the Networks stopped exit polling because it costs too much when this practice of vote hacking has become achievable and popular? Me thinks not!
