Holy smokes, that's incredible! If there has ever been good evidence that running is rejuvenating, this is it. He looks fantastic!

108. She was a few months shy of celebrating her 109th. I had lunch with her 4 days a week and videotaped all of our conversations. Lillian had a vivid memory, she would tell stories in such detail that if you closed your eyes you could feel like you were in there. She asked me if I still had her furniture and I told her of course I do! She told me to find the money behind the mirror....I gave that furniture away at one of my garage sales!!!! Lillian was part of a longevity study being conducted by Boston University, hopefully her tissue donations after her death will be useful to science to help figure out why she aged so well with absolutely no health problems at all.
