A protest in Pennsylvania against fracking near schools organized by grandparents turned into an event that exposed a moronic racist.
Tom Jefferson, a photojournalist, caught the seen on video and became a target of the racist abuse. Jefferson described the incident on his YouTube channel writing: I was photographing a peaceful protest aimed at Rex Energy in Mars, Pa, At one point during the day a worker showed up. He started by insulting the protesters. Then he turned his attention to me. I just let him talk and kept the camera rolling.

(590 posts)People like that moronic racist should be shunned. As he left, he was visibly disappointed that he couldn't provoke his level of insanity from them. He suspects but can't bring it to the front to acknowledge that he's insane probably because his peer group are all in the same dilema.

(1,290 posts)Ironic final statement at @3:12 mark from the profanity laced ignorant (I do not use this term as a demeaning one but rather to illustrate his lack of understanding of social and economic issues) racist.

(20,453 posts)They have been peacefully protesting under constant pressure to ignore... Then this shit...
I was saying to them that acting calm was a real LESSON for me. I do not think my reaction would have held, but it was good that they just kept filming.
This filthy piece of garbage is but one small example of how communities don't change in small towns where the job market takes a dive and ignorance, guns and religion rule the local mentality.
I think they should take a PFA out on his presence near any future protest. I don't trust people like this not to come back with a vengeance. Meanwhile, I think the hero's are the filmmaker.
Tony Norman's article puts it in perspective...

(10,493 posts)He does not have any critical thinking skills and has fallen for the propaganda being spewed by RW radio and TV. He is their tool and is not smart enough to realize it. He has been told that the lazy Ni**ers are to blame, along with "hippies" and immigrants. He thinks we are his enemy and are the ones responsible for the terrible shape our country is in. Everything is displaced anger! He is a pre-programmed American voter, that's all he is to them, they must be proud!
