And it is not and never has been...they do not have title to that land but are using it for a small fee.
So the rest of his rationalization is bullshit.

If he were given title to that land he'd sell it before the ink was dry on the title . . . and then wouldn't pay back the 530k he borrowed from the gov'mint as he would feel that was his entitlement also.
