When the next financial crisis comes the big banks could save themselves by STEALING right out of your bank ACCOUNTS.
Explained by Dr. Ellen Brown, banking expert, attorney and author of Web of Debt/The Public Bank Solution. 1/08/16.

Con't- Glass Steagall, 2016 campaign positions, new European bank bail ins taking depositor's funds and bonds esp. in Greece and Portugal, public banks, credit unions and more that you need to know to help guard your money.

The anger towards the big banks is widespread yet the same people that are angry continue to do business with them. I didn't have a bank account since the S&L crisis except for when the Army made me get one, so I went to a credit union. After getting out, I closed that account and went back to money orders and cash. For the first time in 35 years I now have my money in a bank but it's USAA, not one of the thieves like BoA and Shitty. To continue to do business with the crooks we bailed out makes no sense at all.

Sadly, most folks do not.

When the movement towards credit unions came up after 2008, I heard, over and over here on DU, that moving money from the big banks to a credit union was "too much trouble".
A lot of people did report they had taken the initiative and took steps to keep their money safe by getting it out of the big banks, but a lot more
said it was too much trouble.

Elizabeth Warren and Helen Brown and dozens more very savvy people have been warning us that the banks are insolvent.
I have no idea what more they could do.

She is really quite brilliant and has exposed how corrupt our banking system really is.
We need to break them all up and go to a public banking system.
I encourage all to get more familiar with this topic.

in on this topic for many Americans. They don't believe their money can be taken from their accounts. Everything is in place to do so...just a few years in the making with the G20 finalizing it. Your money is not yours...in the bank, it belongs to the bank.

Here is another recent video featuring Ellen Brown:

I caught her in depth discussion with Hartmann. Hopefully others will realize the shocking power of the superbanks to take their funds. Appalling system.

dead serious in fact given the highly unstable, fragile and lightly regulated financial system that many experts predict will implode this year. Listen up and learn, it's well worth the time.
