Bowie: Man Who Fell to Earth trailer

1. I've been posting this trailer on almost every Bowie thread today.

Not a bad film. David Bowie certainly made himself known as an good actor.

It is an interesting flick. I recommend it.

And I don't even like rock music -- I prefer opera. However, I do appreciate cultural influences. And David Bowie certainly made a huge impact. I appreciate his as much as I appreciate Mozart's.

2. I was quite a Nic Roeg fan as I was growing up. I'll need to revisit this one.

Between you and I, we get a few other people to take a look at it!

3. One of my favorite Si Fi flicks.

And I was impressed with his acting skills.

4. I saw that as a teen

and it made a huge impression on me. I'll have to watch it again. Been thinking of this movie since I heard the awful news last night.

I had heard about the new album last week and started thinking about these movies too. After listening to a news report about Bowie's passing they mentioned that The Man Who Fell To Earth was released in '76... guess I was a little older than I thought when I saw that movie!



I have a random assortment of Bowie tunes going at the moment, there was so much good music with that man.
