from other countries for his hotels?

A Reuters analysis of U.S. government data reveals that this is business as usual in the New York property magnate's empire.

Trump owns companies that have sought to import at least 1,100 foreign workers on temporary visas since 2000, according to U.S. Department of Labor data reviewed by Reuters. Most of the applications were approved, the data show.

Nine companies majority-owned by Trump have sought to bring in foreign waitresses, cooks, vineyard workers and other laborers on temporary work-visa programs administered by the Labor Department.

for working on an assembly line in slave-like conditions for ten hour shifts or longer?

The reason that Apple doesn't produce in USA is because even if they could work the whole "wage" issue (or if Americans were willing to pay quadruple or more for their little electronic toys), they'd have a helluva time managing to find anyone willing to do that stultifying, back breaking, soul-crushing, repetitive work.

Americans don't LIKE those kinds of jobs. They don't want to do them. And those who are willing to do them want "too much money" for the work.

That's the problem with US manufacturing--people want shit "Made In USA" but they want to pay "Made in China" prices.

And to stop the god damned race to the bottom fostered by both free trade agreements as well as "indentured servant" guest worker programs such as H-1B and H-2B (or in some industries looking away from illegal employers while they bring in undocumented workers and don't get prosecuted for that bottom to race to).

Just because our party is being paid now to avoid asking questions in the debates about free trade bill crap like TPP as well as H-1B visas, etc. (when even the Republicans are talking about those issues in their debates), doesn't mean it is not a problem here, and one that will push a populist vote (even if a lot of it is xenophobically motivated) towards someone like Trump if they get the nomination, who've been more vocal in their opposition towards TPP and H-1B (even if it is likely fake). At least Trump's stances will be heard as opposition, where Hillary has been avoiding talking about the TPP until right before the debates after fast track was already passed, or for EIGHT FING YEARS for H-1B Visas since she last took the pro-corporate pro-outsourcing stance of supporting H-1B job expansion here at the expense of American workers.

We've just got a couple more of these debates. If this question doesn't get asked in the primaries on guest worker programs, and someone like Trump or Cruz is nominated, I can guarantee you that it will be asked in the general election debate if Hillary were to get nominated to make her look more corporatist and the Republican candidate more populist. Guarantee it!!

Shouldn't other Republicans spit their venom at him for suggesting government interference in the marketplace? This is heresy, I tells ya.
