don't threaten law enforcement and make it clear you are armed if you expect to be taken alive. Why would anyone think law enforcement should be prosecuted for shooting an armed racist terrorist. existing law. Federal prison, confiscation of assets to defray costs. For the minor offenders-500 hours community service repairing the damage done to the bird sanctuary, to be completed within two years.

Lock them up, seize assets to pay for the costs of their Excellent Adventure, etc. Enough with the kid gloves (referring to the previous debacle at the Bundy ranch).

... is not even the minimum sentence for the FIRST of the charges against them: impeding an officer of the law. Once all the charges are made, after scrutinizing the video and other evidence, they are facing many years in a Federal prison. As they should.

no doubt the Bundy's need serious Federal time. Over-sentencing them make them martyrs. Letting them loose under certain restraints - zero tolerance for any sort of contact with a firearm - will make them fade into the past.
