explored in the 1960s and 1970s in Canada as the rep. said. Cities and countries like Utrecht in the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany are also experimenting with the concept of a universal basic income. The idea has existed for more than 200 years. Without a financial foundation in place for "show me da money" the government of Canada would not have issued the pilot program in Ontario.
