Which is the inability to connect the dots when the image that would be revealed is too scary to face up to. When Trump has an audience raise their right arms and swear an oath, and then beat someone up for dissenting, only pathological normality can shrug that off as "dumb" or "crass". The correlation with nazism is real if still nascent. The Clinton Campaign hides behind a veneer of normalcy and inevitability that obscures the documented corruption and double dealing of the Clintons and their crowd. People glaze over and vote for the image ignoring the reality because the reality is too difficult to accept. But the record is there and the truth will come out one way or another.
