1. Mike: you lost me at Dick Cheney.

NOBODY, including Trump, is so diabolical and experienced in all the ways to work his evil manipulations than Cheney. He was really rollin' for about seven of the eight years of Dubya. Trump has a FEW more reasonable plans (such as trade policies) that aren't only beneficial to the 1%, of which he was born a member. Cheney clawed his way into that hierarchy. Not flattering to either of them from the perspective of the normal person. However, Roosevelts, Kennedys, Rockefellers---far more liberal due to being born to big money. They weren't all that altruistic---just cool with what they had and knew good deals for the masses reaped political benefits for them. Trump isn't in that league, and pretends to be self-made, but started out with a million dollar advantage.
