Republican nominee Donald Trump has backed out of an offer to debate Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders.

Mr Trump's campaign said it would be "inappropriate" to debate the second place finisher since Hillary Clinton is poised to win the nomination.

Mr Sanders' campaign had said it was willing to participate in a debate with the billionaire businessman, who has clinched the Republican nomination.

The debates would have included contributions to charity.

And definitely the REALest candidate this election season, Bernie Sanders! That @$$ hole Trump doesn't even know what real debating is - all he did in the Republican debates was some heavy duty name calling and mud slinging, insulting other candidates' wives and stuff like that. That he came out on top in the Republican presidential race isn't saying much - I don't think I've ever seen a sorrier bunch of bozos in my life! The fact that he came out on top merely proves that he's less of a bozo - but still not qualified for prime time in the Oval Office.
