Something falls from the officers side at 2:10.
He moves to pick it up at 2:24.
If one could take it frame-by-frame and enhance, I bet you'd see the gun being planted.

At the officer in red's feet starting at 1:06. It is further than the picture shows though. Did some "helpful" officer push the gun closer to the suspect with his feet?
The video I see ends at 2:16.
