(8,279 posts)I'm going to show this to my spouse who has never had a pet. Never raised a puppy/dog or a kitten/cat. Like me. I've raised three puppies and one kitten.
I really want a pet but he keeps saying no. And then, I got a little upset at first watching this and then Keith came to his senses. Love it.
Loved the end. Perfect.

(41,932 posts)Animals aren't useful to him. I suspect if he was a farmer he'd be one outhouse that neglects his as much as possible while still getting work out of them. Sort of like he does with his taxes. Keep it legal, but have absolutely no feeling for what's right.

It's hard enough to hear how the Trumps treat people. And hard enough to hear that his spoiled sons have hunted rare animals for sport. I think I'd lose it if I had to hear about how this monster abused a pet.
Buckeye_Democrat
(14,852 posts)I bet he'd "lose it" if a pet had an accident.
I'm happy that he apparently never had any pets too! I wouldn't trust him.

(3,867 posts)derogatory remarks, comparing people to dogs, I think he even said Rosie was a dog.
If he had a dog, he would probably kick it
Dogs, united against the maggot, Cats also. I'm a cat person & I'm just imagining any cat's reaction to the maggot.
Hiss, phftt, growl, grrr!
We can probably attribute it to his limited vocabulary, "bigly"

(1,910 posts)Dogs can sometimes tell bad people too. We had a landlord once, the meanest person on earth. Our dog at the time loved everyone, but growled at her no matter where they met.

(816 posts)their housing doesn't allow them, is very telling. It says don't trust this person. In this case, I am delighted he doesn't have pets. He's a psychopath. I would call PETA in a heartbeat.

Hope this clip and subject gets a little airtime ......
Remember Romney 's cross country car ride with his dog ?
Don 's initial plan of wanting to eliminate the " food police" that would include the nutritional content and other food safety regulations is plain wrong . Shows just how much he even thinks of animals and people other than himself .
This subject did not play well with a few on facebook . They ( and myself ) were when this first came up
I have had dogs in my life since I was a kid ..... always will .

" In a fact sheet posted online Thursday, the campaign highlighted a number of "specific regulations to be eliminated" under the GOP nominee's economic plan, including what they called the "FDA Food Police."
The FDA Food Police, which dictate how the federal government expects farmers to produce fruits and vegetables and even dictates the nutritional content of dog food, it read."
