My favorite part was when Guliani said (paraphrasing) he hasn't personally experienced the sexually assaulting side of Donald Trump to which I say, have you looked in the mirror Rudy? I don't think you're his type or as trump would say "I don't think so".

Rudy G. serially interrupted spewing noise to drown out the others, the moderator had no control of the situation, and Mark C. was too well bred to slap him down.

10. I really wish the news media would address this with a solution

This is the MO of every single Republican, not just Trump, spokesperson. And its been going on long before this campaign.

They do it because it works. At least on the segment of the population that they are targeting, loudly interrupting and going on and on, increasing the volume louder than the other one, is a reflection of what can be easily misinterpreted as righteous passion. It also projects authority on a topic, and most conservatives are authoritarian minded. And no matter what the other says, the last word is paramount to giving the impression that the other side does not have any rebuttal.

I'd suggest a mute button they could use if a "guest" was overstaying (or overstating) their welcome.

When they finally get around to discussing some actual policy stuff, there he goes dancing the little sidestep: "We'll cut taxes", inference being "We'll cut YOUR taxes, average viewer". BARF. How much crap can they feed the average republican voter anyway? When does it soak that they're not cutting taxes significantly for 99 percent of Americans, only for the magnanimously wealthy?
That's the big lie I wish the MSM would better delineate and call them on.

"Why do you say whatever is politically expedient when you know it is not true?
Of course, it isn't easy to ask a question that long when his interruptions come faster than a three-year-old's.

that could be used to fully expose that half-truth and get any undecided to wake the fluck up.
Going so whole hog "lies lies lies" is just reversing the right wing tactic without proof.
