and I've disagreed with him often, he was one of the few high profile figures who actually took a potential Trump victory seriously pretty early on, and tried to warn about it.

As much as I like Gavin who will likely be the next governor of Caifornia; I strongly feel we need someone from one of the rust belt states to run and win over. Don't we need those states to win an election?!

Only if you con them, we don't do that. It is likely going to be challenging for deep blue democrat Gavin Newsom to connect with moderate/conservative voters in those states. We have to be much more strategic and not idealistic.

He was one of a kind. Generations from now we will remember him as the most special president in the history. Although he was considered from Chicago, midwest nevertheless.

It was a spectacular debut. Sure put Barack Obama on everybody's radar with that speech. That self-described "skinny kid with the funny name" caused a political earthquake at the 2004 convention. A star was born that night.

OMG!!!! I love him. He would be an amazing President. Too bad he didn't to be Governer of Cali. He would have been fantastic.

He needs to start running right now. Right NOW. he would get the women's vote no matter what. I love him, and I'm gay.

...he is from central casting for the role of president, what role did central have in mind for DFT (Donald Fucking Trump)?

Based on the recent incredibly FUGLY quintuple chin profile shot, perhaps Jabba the Hutt? No time needed in the makeup chair.
