2. I have to conclude that Bannon knows that Trump is illiterate

and that Trump's fragile ego compels him to hide the fact even at the expense of signing EOs that he cannot read.

There are a lot of brilliant and successful people who have problems with dyslexia, but they are honest enough to seek help and adjust the ways in which they receive information to compensate for their disability. Trump's ego will NEVER permit him to admit to having any type of what he perceives as a weakness.

Bannon has power over Trump as a result. This is frightening.

He may be dyslexic but came from the kind of family that wouldn't admit any shortcoming, so as a result never got the skills training necessary to cope with it.
