I guess we need to start filing lawsuits against these toads so that the judicial system can do something about them.

but the judicial branch is independent at present, they have to have a case to deal with before they can do anything. And the way cheato is is trying to discredit that branch, I think there will be some serious opposition from that branch. They are equal to Congress and the POTUS so I suspect they will be busy but mostly fair.
