Do we have any artists in here?

I had an idea for a political cartoon if anyone draws. My drawings look like H.P. Lovecraft abominations.

Here's how it's set up. A white guy and a black guy are talking.

Black guy: The factory in my city closed, I don't have any other options besides food stamps.
White guy (loudly shouting): STOP PLAYING A VICTIM AND ASKING GOVERNMENT FOR HANDOUTS! LEARN A NEW SKILL AND PULL YOURSELF UP BY YOUR BOOTSTRAPS!

Later the white guy is watching TV.

TV: "Coal mines in rural areas are shutting down due to cheaper natural gas"
White guy: "I hope the government steps in and saves my dying outdated industry so I don't have to learn new skills.
