The real truth comes out at the end of the video. The reason the woman is going off is because the people are Indian and Muslim. The woman spewing hatred says:
Youre not even from here. I am. I was born in America, the woman says.
Calm intervention by Tong, whose father is of Chinese descent and whose mother is Latina, steps in and asks the woman in both English and Spanish to stop berating the pair, eventually succeeding.

OMG I would SO go off on someone like that, especially when she said US - I HATE it when people assume I am a bigot too

Maybe that's what needs to start happening, everyone using their phones to record and send to police, it should be automatic, whether we speak up or not at the moment.
