Yeah, so OK, the Republican Party is a disgrace and can't govern. We knew THAT twenty years ago. Yet, here they are, giving a command performance in incompetence, and Fox Noise is SURPRISED? That's like observing the sun rising in the east and then asking, "whoa, when did THAT start?"
