There are absolutely NO American values beyond business interests and the making of money - period. Tillerson, as CEO of Exxon, didn't care a flying f@#k about what the heck dictators did in their own country, and to their own people, just as long as they could do business and get their oil. Rachel Maddow did a great show about this a while back - and concluded that that's why Tillerson and PUtin are such good buddies.
