FFS, MSNBC is about all I watch anymore.

(3,847 posts)When Russet died, the VP of MSNBC got fired, then Keith got fired. Before the Illegal War, Phil Donahue was fired, despite his off the charts ratings. People were so afraid of "appearing" to be "anti-American", by speaking the truth or having a different opinion you got BURIED by everyone else.
When the pile on began with President Obama they puss-ed out so fast to appear as fair and balanced as Fux. There are only 2 shows that I can stomach, Joy Reid and Rachel. I worry because either one of them can be canned the Melissa Harris Perry was last year.
Their radical right turn after 9/11 gave people whiplash when they started firing people for appearing to be soft on terrorists. Despite the fact it was President Obama that got Bin Laden.
They are cowards, flat out cowards.

(10,495 posts)has cause more liberal MSNBC to go up while Fox implodes. This has messed with their plans big time. Now what do they do?

(7,358 posts)not making money. Why then, would they go in that direction on the political talk spectrum?

(5,754 posts)including a lot of folks in wealthy areas, voted for Hillary. How can this make financial sense? This will only split the Fox audience, and the rest of us will turn off the tv.

(7,358 posts)Hue Hewitt? Greta Van Sustren? Who's next? They obviously don't care about making money as the commentator said. Their Corporate Overlords want a more centrist right presentation that does not impugn Corporate Greed. Sorry but I'm not buying it. I get my info from other sources, but for people like my mom, MSNBC is the only progressive political commentary she watches, literally all day. She's 83. CNN is crap in my opinion and it's filling up their screen with heads in little boxes has become ridiculous. How many fucking boxes with heads in them can we take.
