If you have to sell a kidney to pay for healthcare it's okay because you only need one to live?

What kind of country do we live in where people think like this?

Fighting politicians is one thing. Fighting the idiocy of half the American public is quite another.

The frightening part , which has been magnified to the max with this election is The Stupid that permeates America.
Politicians are incompetent, self-serving and disingenuous. Not all, but certainly enough to create a valid point to the stereotype.
But the Stupid.
How do we deal with the reckless Stupid?
