On Tuesday, May 2nd 2017, I went to the State Capital building in Austin to testify before the House Education Committee against HB 1485. This bill would have allowed teachers who didn't want to teach about evolution, abiogenesis, or climate change, to teach their students anti-science propaganda instead.
