why tRump has so little regard for the Constitution and the law. He's thumbed his nose at the law since his first day in "business".
tRump is a pathological liar, with very little actual business acumen. He hires hundreds of lawyers who do the actual "art of the deal", and the 'tRump Brand' is often the only connection to each business. Except for "his" golf courses. Why does someone START building golf courses at the beginning of an economic downturn that saw thousands of established golf courses closing down, and where does the money to finance these courses come from, when every financial institution in the world wouldn't finance a golf course for ANYONE? Where INDEED does someone get financing? Well, from the Russians, of course! The Russians well known love of the game 
and the prolific number of golf courses throughout mother Russia, make them the ONLY people who would finance Trump's fantasy of becoming the golf course baron of the world. 
The old saw of "follow the money" rings extremely important to the secret of tRump's golf course fixation. I sincerely doubt any of them are showing a profit. Of course he DID double the dues for Mar-ma-Lado after his theft of the election, but whether he suckered enough people into joining remains to be seen. Could that be why he's having the American taxpayer subsidize his 20 acre Palm Beach white elephant? "Follow the money".
