At the Senate Watergate Hearings:
Of course, that was Senator Fred Thompson (of Law and Order fame as well as the second Die Hard movie -- seems like the guy thought he was an actor). Of course, the Senate Watergate Hearing counsels admit that this scene was highly orchestrated -- including dragging Butterfield Willy-Nilly from the Senate barber shop after he refused to testify. Here we see him, a bit more contrite (and well coiffed).
