Let's explore how he practices the Scout Law:

Trustworthy - we know that answer
Loyal - he demands loyalty - but doesn't reciprocate
Helpful - he sure helps himself
Friendly - to Putin & the Russians
Courteous - man, what a handshake
Kind - more like vengeful
Obedient - to Putin & the Russians
Cheerful - when he talks about himself
Thrifty - with his own money; spendthrifty with taxpayer money
Brave - how did he get out of the military?
Clean - if you can call a serial sexual assaulter clean
Reverent - only when the camera's are on him at a religious service

6. An Error On My Part....

I'll try and edit my OP to include 'thrifty'.

He is thrifty with his own money - but 99% of the time he uses OPM (other people's money) - like our tax money. For that I call him spendthrifty.
