The media is more to blame for her loss than she. Is that why they insist she alone is responsible? Cassidy Sep 2017 #7

For decades now, I have been beyond tired of the media beating up on Hillary. Does Brian Williams really think that the Russians weren't involved? Doesn't he watch Rachel? Do these jokers think that Comey's screw-ups didn't affect the election? I am pretty sure there were academic studies indicating that it did indeed affect the election results. And these losers are all amazed that she could write this so fast? The woman withstood 11 hours of ridiculous questions from an idiotic congressional committee. Clearly Hillary can focus in a way these talking heads can't.

The media needs to start apologizing as a group and individually for their part in the theft of our democracy.

For the record, I was a Sanders supporter in the primary, but was one of many of his supporters who eagerly supported Hillary after the primary.

Perhaps she is fixated on the Jim Comey letter eleven days before the election, but a whole host of other factors could equally be blamed. Here's a list of obvious ones that comes to mind:

1) Russian meddling, and cyber-ops on social media to influence the election in Trump's favor
2) The Wikileaks dumping of the Clinton / Podesta emails
3) Good ole Republican vote stealing and voter suppression, including things like Kobach's interstate cross-check.
4) The media giving 2 - 3 billion dollars of free air time to Donald Trump
5) Coverage in the mainstream media being more favorable to Donald Trump and more critical of Hillary Clinton, especially those damn emails!
6) Hillary's "basket of deplorables" comment
7) Hillary should have spent more time in the rust belt states that gave Trump the electoral college victory.

I even heard that Hillary was whining about the terrible primary race she had with Bernie Sanders, even going so far as to blame him (at least partially) for her loss. That's where I draw the line - complaints like that have, at their heart, an anti-democracy bias. Hillary may have felt real special about the mission she saw for herself as America's first woman president, but that is no grounds for blaming the competition for your loss.
