I have a huge crush on him! Even when he tells a stupid joke, he can laugh at himself. I guess what I like about him so much is that he doesn't take himself too seriously.

And the audience is right there with him, he always gets applause. I've been watching him from the beginning - have you noticed that he always delivers his monologue sitting at his desk? In the beginning, he started out standing, like most of the others, but he could never stay on his mark - so he finally gave up and decided to just sit down and stay there, LOL. He is as likable as they come...
