Nixon hired a bunch of ex-CIA and Cuban "burglars" to break into the DNC offices to find some dirt on the Democrats.

Trump has hired a FOREIGN GOVERNMENT to break into the DNC mail system to find dirt on the Democrats.

Nixon used a slush fund to pay off the burglars and to try to stop the investigation.

Trump has offered favorable treatment (lifting sanctions) to a foreign hostile government to pay off the burglars.

Nixon fired the people in the chain of command of the DOJ to stop the investigation.

Trump fired the Director of the FBI to stop the investigation.

Hmmm... it looks the same to me (only worse because of instead of hiring ex-CIA operative and some Cuban refugees... Trump colluded with a hostile foreign power).
