that this is the animal kingdom's normal, everyday behavior? Nature is brutal, bloody, and harsh, and animals are killing each other at a rate that dwarfs these loving nature photos. These exceptions to that rule are cute, but do not demonstrate nature's default setting.

Humans, too, are capable of incredible instances of kindness and cooperation. We're not always tearing each other's throats out. Some would say that man's default setting is blood-thirsty carnage, but I think there are more instances of humans coexisting peacefully than not.

I'm positive you meant well posting this, and at times it seems like humans are always out to kill everything in their paths. In reality, it's not like that. Let's keep the behavior of nature's creatures and human beings in their proper perspective.
