Most of it is actually quite beautiful. They have a talented team to build those decorations, but that one hallway with the white branches lit from below seems sterile and stark. Not welcoming and pleasant at all. It's no wonder they showed it for only a second in that video.

shut the door at the end of the hall its looks seasonal with no holiday aura about it at all.

One that thought stark and intimidating decor would be more impressive than something warm and welcoming. I've been to restaurants like that. The food at places like that is almost uniformly average to poor.
